Summit Landscape Services, Inc. is pleased to use DesignCad 3D Max, compatible with AutoCAD, TurboCAD, and CADKey. We can work from your designs or we will be happy to provide designs to fit your needs.

 Our team is inflexible in standards of quality.

However, we are totally flexible in meeting your landscape developmental needs. We provide high-quality color diagrams and renderings for aid in planning commission and city council approved presentations. These same materials may later be used to promote sales or leasing.

 Your schedule is our schedule.

Once we have your design approval, we provide careful site preparation and installation of plant material. We use a computerized checklist to keep construction on schedule. Support services for landscape development include site clearing, sub-surface drainage work, installation of interlocking pavers, and construction timetables and requirements.

 We guarantee our plant material.

We guarantee ornamental shrubs for six months, trees for one year, seasonal color for 90 days, and grass for 30 days; barring acts of God, vandalism, theft, damage by others, and improper watering.
