About Us Our Staff Commercial Residential References Links FAQS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) What size jobs do you perform?

Almost any size you desire.

Our work ranges from single homes to new subdivision development.

2) Is there a charge for the initial consultation?

No. You are only charged if we leave the plan with you. If we do the work the plan is part of the contract.

3) How many contractors do I need to deal with?

Just us. Any services we do not provide in house will be arranged and overseen by our project manager.

The only exception is swimming pools. We'll be happy to work with your pool contractor but will not contract for the pool

 ourselves.

4) Do you have references and jobs we could look at in person?

Yes. Upon request we can provide references and job site locations as far north as Willis, Texas and as far south as

 Galveston, Texas.

5) How much time is involved from first site meeting to beginning of construction?

Typically a plan will be ready in 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. After acceptance work may start immediately or 4 - 5 weeks later

depending on the season. Spring and Fall are our busiest times. January through March allow for quickest turn-around.

6) What areas do you service?

North to Willis, south to Galveston,  west to Katy,  east to Kingwood, Texas.

Our webmaster would really like to visit Alaska, so if you have a job there we would be happy to consult. Unfortunately,

we cannot install or maintain. The commute is too tough.

7) Do you guarantee the plant material that you install?

Yes. Ornamental shrubs for 6 months, trees for 1 year, seasonal color for 90 days, and grass for 30 days. Barring Acts

of God, vandalism, theft, damage by others, and improper watering.

8) Will you do the work in stages?

Yes. Especially where the scope of work is physically large or where the client needs to budget on a seasonal basis.

9) What type of product will I receive when the plan is presented?

You will receive a master landscape plan to scale designating all features of the proposed work. It will be accompanied

by a complete and comprehensive materials take off list.

10) What are my payment options, and when is payment due?

You may pay by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Payment is structured so that 50% is made the day work commences

and the full balance is due upon customer satisfaction and completion of the work. Larger projects can have individually

crafted contracts available that are mutually agreeable to both parties.

11) Is your company licensed and insured?

Yes. We have all necessary licenses to perform all work that we engage in.  We carry above average policies for

general liability and vehicular insurance as well as being covered for workmen’s compensation in the State of Texas.

We will be happy to provide documentation at any time.

12) Is your webmaster good looking?

Very.
