We have the experts. The State of Texas requires landscape companies to have a fully

licensed irrigator on staff. Summit has Jason Harrison, John Cahill, and Tom Williams (TLI # 7006, # 7988, #17162). Jason Harrison and John Cahill are also licensed backflow testers (TL #7809 and #10520). Summit is a proud member of the Houston Gulf Coast Irrigation Association and the Texas Turf Irrigation Association.
