Summit Landscape Services provides innovative plans to produce creative outdoor environments that increase the value and enhance the beauty of your home.
The initial consultation is free. Summit Landscape Services understands how important your desires and ideas are. Our professional landscape designers will turn your ideas into detailed CAD drawings. They will review the drawings in detail with you, allowing you to better visualize the end result. You are only charged a design fee if we leave the plan with you. If Summit performs the actual landscape installation, the design fee is deducted from construction billing.
Typically a plan will be ready in two to three weeks. We provide high-quality diagrams and renderings for aid in gaining approval from your homeowner’s association or appropriate city or county agency.
Your input is critical. During the initial consultation, the more information we receive from you the better prepared we are to create
an outdoor living environment that fulfills your expectations without exceeding your budget.
It’s
helpful if you can provide us with your property’s plot plan (lot survey).

Work
begins with your OK. Once
we have your design approval, we provide careful site preparation and
installation of plant materials. Our typical residential installation cost
ranges from $2,500 to $10,000 and is completed in one to five days. We also
install residential projects that are more involved and typically require four
to six weeks to complete. After acceptance of the plan, work may start
immediately or four to five weeks later depending on the season. Spring and Fall
are our busiest times.
Our
team is inflexible in standards of quality.
However we are totally flexible in meeting your landscape developmental needs. We
use a computerized checklist to keep construction on schedule. Support services
for landscape development include site clearing, sub-surface drainage work,
installation of interlocking pavers and lighting design and installation. Our
large complement of specialized heavy equipment means ready response to
construction timetables and requirements.
We guarantee our plant material. We guarantee ornamental shrubs for six months, trees for one year, seasonal color for 90 days, and grass for 30 days, barring acts of God, vandalism, theft, damage by others, and improper watering.
